Loved the entire experience. Every aspect great!!! Helped with insurance. Friendly and explained everything as my daughter progressed.

I don't recommend her for these reasons:
- She is expensive
- She doesn't make any effort unless you push her to
- Her office doesn't handle your insurance correspondonce. They expect you to pay them the full amount and settle with your insurance company yourself.
- Her equipment especially the software she uses is very old

Dr. Johnson just put on my braces yesterday and was wonderful. I've been very hesitant to get this done and she and her staff have been unbelievably supportive. They are the best!

Dr. Johnson's office should be part of the training for all other offices. Timely, professional and never a lengthy wait. Follow up by phone is polite. My child had a great experience here.
We transferred here from Scottsdale, Arizona and think this was a much better experience for her. We have two other children needing ortho and so glad to have Dr. Johnson and her staff with them. I recomended to my dermatologist that he send his office staff over to observe how it should be done.

I have been very happy with my daughters braces. My Daughter really likes Dr. Johnson. Her prices are on the high side.

Our experience with Dr. Johnson and her staff has been as wonderful as getting braces can be! Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful and they have all taken great care of all three of my daughters during their "bracing" experience.
