Doctor Mehta is just a real jerk. He has the biggest ego and is rude to his patients that are white. If your of color you might be ok especially Asian. Made fun of a gum graph I had decades ago by another Periodontist. He literally embarressed Me in front of his staff with no regard to how I would feel.

I noticed I had a bit of gum recession, I brought this to the attention of my general dentist and he said it was nothing to worry about. I noticed it was getting worse and I decided to make an appointment with a specialist. I found Dr. Mehta through a friend who had some implants done by him and had a great experience. Dr. Mehta's staff was very friendly and accommodating to my frantic schedule. Dr. Mehta confirmed that I had quite severe recession that needed treatment, he also noticed a few other teeth that had recession that I did not notice, but he said treatment was not immediately needed on those teeth. I was nervous about the gum graft having heard it was painful. The graft itself was painless and quick. He even made a custom guard to protect my mouth where the graft was taken. It took sometime to heal, it certainly wasn't a fun experience, but Dr. Mehta made it as smooth and pain free as possible. Dr. Mehta was also great to talk to and made the appointments quite pleasant, he even followed up with me several times during the healing process to make sure everything was okay. His location is also great with ample parking.
About Front Desk: The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my schedule, billing was simple and everything was explained to me in detail.

After my cleaning Dr. Mehta came in and gave me thorough check up and explained my issues in a very professional manner. He also diagnosed the reason for my migraines and the treatment he did absolutely made my pain disappear. I cannot say how amazing this is. I have referred my family and friends to him.

Dr. Mehta is a trusted periodontist who did multiple procedures for me over the course of several years. Nobody likes going to the dentist, especially for such invasive procedures, so it is crucial to find a specialist who is highly skilled and personable, Dr. Mehta retains both of these qualities. I highly recommend him to anyone needing periodontal work.

Dr, Mehta recommends treatment that is not necessary. He recommended that I have an expensive procedure. I secured two second opinions. Both agreed the treatment was absolutely not necessary. I complained to my general dentist that originally recommended him and she admitted that Dr. Mehta is on the aggressive side. Hands-down, I would not recommend Dr. Mehta.

brusque bed-side manner, but seems very confident in what he does. He came highly recommended from my dental office and I was happy with the results. He and his staff did a poor job preparing
