I needed LANAP and in my area of Colorado it is extremely expensive. I was in a bind because I am scared to death of dentists and really need to develop that level of trust. I was lucky enough to find Dr Olden back in my hometown of Dallas. I spoke with him on the phone and immediately felt a level of trust that generally takes several visits in person for me to achieve. He really cares about his patients and I can't say enough about the service both before during and after treatment. Thanks for everything to everyone I met in the office.

About Hygienist: I did not have a cleaning but the dental assistant he had in during the LANAP procedure was very pleasant and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Olden's for many years and recommended his practice to anyone in need of an excellent, no-nonsense periodontist. Dr. Olden's staff are caring and friendly. He is expert at his profession and is always learning the newest proven techniques. The billing staff have always handled the financial area of my care with skill and accuracy. The office is modest and features function over decorative fluff and frills. It is always immaculate and comfortable. While I doubt anyone will ever love going to any periodontist, Dr. Olden and his staff do everything possible to make sure his patients' experience no pain, good service, and excellent care - - as positive an experience as possible!

About Hygienist: Because this is a periodontist's office, Dr. Olden's hygenists are always highly skilled in the best possible periodontal- hygenic procedures. They use a numerous techniques during the cleaning process, which is far better for the type of cleaning peridontic patients need. They also have a new machine (they will use if you want them to) which sort of sandblasts the surface of your teeth with baking soda - - resulting in a really clean feeling and a bonus -- whiter teeth!

Dr. Olden and his entire support team are what make the experience top notch! The office might not be the fanciest, nor the furnishings the newest, but the attention and skill level of Dr. Olden and his staff more than make up for any lack of high-tech appearances. (And everything is immaculate, neat and orderly.) I've been a patient about four years and I've noticed that everyone is treated like family the minute they walk through the office's front door. One could not hope for better care or treatment than that which is provided by Dr. Olden and his staff.
