I am just completing an implant for a front tooth. I am typically fearfull of dental procedures and have been very impressed with Dr. Tom Osterday and his staff of professionals. He has made sure that I am at ease and experience no pain during any procedures. At one point in the treatment process he came in while the office was closed on his day off to provide me with my temporary tooth. Again few dentists would offer this courtesy today. His staff has made the total insurance interface completely transparent and I havent had to do anything. They have handled all of it for me. The wait time has been minimal if any during every visits. The staff is most pleasant and fit me in according to my busy schedule. Again, I have been so impressed with Dr. Osterday that I am referring all my friends to him and highly recommend him.
