I first saw Dr. Ortisi for an emergency situation (lost crown) after seeing my former dentist. The old dentist had a huge plan of treatment (and price tag).
Dr. Ortisi simply reinstalled the crown with a warning it might not last but was worth a try. For the cost of an office visit. That was five years ago and all is well.
I have always gotten good advice and multiple options from Dr. Ortisi and his staff. A pleasant change from the "How much is left on his insurance? Let's do as much as we can," attitude that seems so prevalent with the "chain" dentists that seem to be popping up all over.
The entire office has always gone out of its way to work around my family's schedule and they really seem to value their clients as patients and people.
All in all, as pleasant an experience as one could expect from a dental visit.

Dr. Ortisi took care of all my fillings (changing silver to white) at my pace. He gave what i believe to be the most honest of recommendations with my treatment . This man is a natural and FANTASTIC at his job! He is a people person, as is his staff...all very friendly! I'm happy for once in my life when i go to the dentist.
