Dr. Tynes is the best! I have been seeing him for over 15 years and feel like family. His knowledge in the field is incredible. He is also continually attending continuing ed classes and learning the newest and best practices.

I was in Montana on vacation and experienced a failed crown. Fortunately, I was able to have Dr. Tynes look at it, as his staff was able to squeeze me in and I appreciated the expedited but incredibly thorough procedure. Dr. Tynes gave me relief after taking impressions for a replacement crown. Dr. Tynes was able to have the new crown returned from the lab within only a few days and the staff contacted me to return for the replacement. Dr. Tynes is caring, professional and the office and office staff are second to none!

Dr. Tynes and his staff are amazing! He is very kind, gentle and quick. His shots never hurt and his diagnosis and treatments were always spot on. His staff is the most wonderful group of ladies. I have very sensitive teeth and they would always ask if something was too cold and offer me warm water to rinse. I chipped a molar on ice and called them- they immediately asked if I was in pain and scheduled me the next morning. I ended up needing a crown. I was terrified! Dr. Tynes wanted to send me to an oral surgeon but I was so scared he said he would do it and assured me I would be in no pain. The procedure was time consuming, but as he promised pain-free and he took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and that I was comfortable. The office is very welcoming and clean; and as a bonus the exam chairs face large windows that overlook the Missouri River (very soothing)! I can't say enough good things! Even if they charged triple I would still go here! So sad I had to move.
They do take Tri-care but are a little more than some others in town. It is SO WORTH IT! As a person with dentist fears I actually looked forward to coming here! They are not only great at their jobs, but amazing people as well :)
About Hygienist: They are ALL wonderful! I have had almost every one of them clean my teeth and never had anything but the best cleaning.
