Dr. Raddatz never once looked in my mouth yet I was billed for a "consultation".
I was given a $2500 estimate based on a discussion, not ANY examination.
I chose not to use this dentist and I was billed beyond my insurance copay coverage.
I have refused to pay and they have attempted to destroy my credit over a mere $60
Seems pretty lame and petty to me.

Dr. Raddatz took out my 4 wisdom teeth, 2 severely impacted, 1 partially erupted, and 1 other not erupted at all. I have severe anxiety regarding have this surgery, and have put it off for 5 years because of this, and cancelled it twice because I did not trust the surgeon. Dr. Raddatz AND his staff are amazing! They really care and have always treated me with kindness and respect,even with my excessive phone calls and questions. He did my consultation for free because I do not have any insurance or credit card and gave me a VERY significant discount. I do not feel he gave me any reduction in service as opposed to someone who paid full price either. I went under complete anaestesia at 8 am this morning; it is now 5 pm and my swelling is almost complete gone, my pain level is low, and I have no bruising or cracking of my lips or anything. I have had a filling by another dentist that hurt worse. Dr. Raddatz is an EXCELLENT oral surgeon and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone who finds themselves needing oral surgery, especially those who are nervous as he will put you at ease.

I am a dentist hater, and had tooth #31 pulled very recently, under general "just a shot please"

I was delighted with this Doc, his office and his staff. Dental work is never something one looks forward to but this Doc is professional, down to earth, extremely well skilled in his field and the whole experience was positive indeed.

I had all my wisdom teeth removed, best sleep I've ever had. I've recommended him to everyone that needs an oral sergeon.

Dr. Raddatz was very pleasant, and although I was nervous about getting all four of my wisom teeth pulled out at the same time, the staff in his office were very friendly and informed me with all the information I needed to know. The outcome of my surgery was great and I experienced a minimal amount of pain.

The office staff at Dr. Raddatz's office are so very helpful and will answer any questions you have. Dr. Raddatz, on the other hand, is abrupt and has little in the way of chair-side manner. The procedure overall was nothing like I had expected but I feel like I've had to figure out a lot on my own. I was given very little information on what to do after the removal of my wisdom teeth. If I had to do it again, I think I'd find a different office to handle my treatment.

I had to have a tooth removed in 2000 and was referred to Dr. Raddatz by my dentist at that time. I was so satisfied with that experience that when I found out I had to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, I would have anyone remove them. He did a complete consultation and when I have them removed this week, the procedure exceeded my expectations. I had heard horror stories from friends about how painful it was going to be. My experience was just the opposite. If I had to repeat the procedure, I wouldn't have any other Oral Surgeon but Dr. Raddatz do it. I would recommend Dr. Raddatz to anyone looking for an Oral Surgeon.

Dr Raddatz has no patience,extremely rude & will not listen to anyone.He knows mentally which teeth are causing you pain,& will not hear what you have to say.
It is time for this Dr to retire since he can't deal with helping patients
