He took out my wisdom teeth and ripped my lingual nerve. I needed an additional surgery that showed the nerve was severely damaged beyond that of even a reasonable injury one might expect from this procedure. His response was basically it wasn't his fault and I should have expected this outcome. This was a butcher job and his response was appalling. I understand risk but not incompetence

I have had to have many extractions due to failed root canals & teeth that break due to grinding. I also had to have a hemangioma removed from the front of my tongue. Many doctors I went to said that i would be in the hospital for a week, that i would bleed to death because the vein went to my brain..well i decided to show it to my Dr. Sturman as oppossed to a hemangioma surgeon and lo an behold, he operated in his office, no problems, he called every few hours to check on me. I dont know what i would do without him.
He also operated on my son who has an autoimmune disorder and though no one wants their child to have general anesthesia, i felt and feel complete confidence with this excellent oral surgeon.

I've had oral surgeries twice with Dr. Strurman and both times were completely pain free. Dr. Sturman has a very gentle mannerism, which will put anyone at ease.

He did my wisdom teeth removal more than a year ago, and it is very successful. I dont feel pain or anything. Very friendly. Good dentist. Highly recommended.

Stress free office. Pleasant doctor. Puts you at ease, and is excellent at what he does.

Dr. Sturman is the best oral surgeon I have ever used. He is extremely competent, professional, and kind. He relaxes the most anxious of patients. The only problem is the insurance help. IT could be better. Dr. STurman did an implant for me several years ago. I am been most satisfied.

Very polite, courteous, staff well prepared, very layed back atmosphere office, I am lucky Dr. Sturman was the one who operated on me for the trauma I suffered. Can't thank him enough for the weeks and months of his support in recovery. Feel extremely lucky to be his patient. Equipment is retro, but suits just fine. Front desk staff a little young and edgy. Nurse is very professional and courteous. Insurance covered all procedures. There's something about Dr. Sturman that relieves patient anxiety during visit.
