Sharing my concerns and dissatisfaction with my recent experience under the care of Dr. Foretich.I was impressed by the extensive experience highlighted on their official website (mcleanoralsurgery.com/about-us), I anticipated a positive encounter. However, my visit on left me with a considerably disconcerting impression. During the appointment, it became apparent that Dr. Foretich faced challenges in comprehending the nature of the examination. The situation reached a point where the attending nurse had to intervene, reminding him that the X-ray under scrutiny pertained to me, the patient lying in the dental chair. The overall examination process was characterized by confusion, necessitating repeated explanations from both myself and the nurse. Dr. Foretich's comments during the examination were muffled, unclear, and lacked conclusive outcomes. The only guidance provided was a general suggestion to preserve the natural teeth as long as possible.
The staff was very quick to turn rude when provided with this feedback.

Wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Foretich knowingly used anesthesia that conflicted with my medications, and used much less anesthesia than required. Procedure was extremely painful and lasted over 2 hours, when it normally should take only 30-45 minutes. I filed a complaint with the Virginia Board of Dentistry and am in talks with law offices as well. I had to go to another oral surgeon for the post-op care.

Fantastic doctor! Great chair-side manner, highly competent- does a beautiful job and is very gentle. I highly recommend.
I have had implants, TMJ treatments as well as several cosmetic procedures.

Best Doctor that I have dealth with in my life. Before i went to see Dr. Foretich I looked at some online reviews and had mixed opinions... But the day of my consultation, I knew he was the right doctor for me. He is kind, confident, experienced, and reassuring. Personally i think his best characteristic is he is very honest, and straight forward. We performed a total realignment of the lower jaw and upper jaw for me. The results came out perfect. I personally was surprised but so was my orthodontist. He made the surgery experience as comfortable as possible. You Can Trust Dr. Foretich

I love Dr. Foretich! He cares about every one of his patients! He made me feel comfortable even though I was scared of the dentist. I got two of my wisdom teeth removed and he did it quickly and no pain. I had a great experience. And, he also was not very expensive! His staff was also amazing!! They are so friendly and sweet and do everything they can to make you comfortable. They even covered me up with a blanket to make me feel more comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Foretich to everyone. If you want a dentist that cares about you go to Dr. Foretich!!!!!

Great experience. In and out, real competent, good and happy staff. Never thought that getting wisdom teeth removed could be so easy. Advice----if getting wisdom teeth removed, Bring your ipod and headphones---makes the experience almost benign. (almost)

I am writing to thank Dr. Eric Foretich for all the wonderful he has done for and on my family. He s a great doctor and I would refer him to any and everyone I know and don't know that needs a dentist.

eric foretich is very bad tempered and his small office is cramped and understaffed. the ceiling tile was hanging loose in one corner and fell while he performed oral surgery on me. he promised me anxiety free dentistry with the proper sedation but failed to follow through with his promise. he did not want to take the time to properly sedate me and i paid a very painful price for his lazy ineptness. he is mean-spirted at times and very grumpy. he tries to come across as a nice guy at first but then his demeanor changes. he is a very dark person once you get to really know him.
