Dr. Dillingham is very polite and gentile. But, you will never see him because his techs do all of the work. The techs pass a 6 week course on how to work on your braces. They have bad attitudes and sometimes they complain about their jobs to patients or right in front of them.
Try not to reschedule your appointments because I have been delayed 3 weeks twice because they keep every hour booked.
I should have gone to the guy in Round Rock.
