I sadly had to have a back molar removed because it had broken. Dr Lyu did a wonderful job. The procedure took about 30 minutes. I barely felt a thing, including having the shot to numb everything. Both he and his assistant, Dennis, have a wonderful bedside manner. I was very nervous going in but I felt immediately comfortable by their manner. The next day, I had no swelling at all and barely needed any painkillers. I'm planning on having Dr Lyu do the implant, which I can't wait to have done.
The office is nice, too -- no horrid TVs or tacky art, but a lot of nice black and white Ansel Adams-type photographs. The art helps give an air of calmness. As for the office itself, it's not a "health spa" (who needs that?) but it's clean, tasteful, simple.
