I will have chosen zero star if I have the choice. My tooth was extracted by Greyf early 2016 and he did an instant implant. A few months later I happened to see another dentist and was told that my implant was a total failure. I was shocked and consulted with a few other dentists and got the same answer. I went back to talk with Greyf, but he didn't admit his mistake and no apology. He claimed other dentists were not as skilled as he is, and asked me to finish the rest of the implant work with him and promised to give me a small discount and a warranty. When I negotiated some ridiculous clauses in the warranty, they were very rude and told me I was wasting their time. Finally I chose to redo the work (took out the original implant and put a new one) by another dentist. Although paying much more money and experiencing extra pain, I am happy now to make a right decision instead of being fooled by him again. Stay away with this doctor! They used to be very friendly since they want to make money from you. If anything goes wrong, you will know who they really are!

Dear ZW. It is great to see that you finally got a perfect implant from the people you trust. After all that is the most important fact. I am sorry that you feel the way you do. You obviously got upset that your concerns were not addressed to your satisfaction and set out to destroy my business by leaving multiple negative reviews (2 on the same website) Thankfully I have hundreds of satisfied customers who will be happy to review my office and refer their friends and family to us. Just to address your concerns: When I disagreed with the unknown dentist assessment, I offered to discus this with him, but he never called. We offered you an unlimited lifetime warranty on our work, providing you finish all the work here. You asked for a discount on an unfinished portion and you were given that too. Following our conversation you called our office on multiple occasions trying to negotiate some “ridiculous clauses” according to your review. It is after having multiple conversations with you via both email and the phone my front desk became frustrated and asked you to stop calling regarding the wording you wanted. Please understand that we are not a law firm and contract negotiations is not what we do. At some point a decision was made that our time is spent best treating patients, and not writing patient specific contracts. An unlimited warranty was given to you both verbally and in writing. You did not like the wording. What is truly upsetting about your review is that you decided to poorly review my hygienist, who had nothing to do with your claims. She is a licensed professional and takes this very seriously. It is difficult to understand, why you would keep on trying to return to the office that allegedly incorrectly placed your implant. You only decided to go elsewhere after you were asked to stop calling about this issue. Nevertheless, I am glad you are happy with the care provided by the other dentist. I wish you all the best and hope that your dental care meets your expectations in the future.
