I had 2 molars extracted & a bone graph about 2 months ago. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Koo's staff was amazing. On my consultation visit Dr. Shepard was very thorough explaining the entire procedure & what to expect afterwards. He listened and answered all my questions & concerns. Everyone was very friendly, caring, and communicated with me as they performed their medical role, which made me feel at ease. After getting home from my surgery, I received several phone calls from Dr. Koo's staff wanting to know how I was doing, reminding me the do's & don'ts and highly recommended to please contact them if I had any intolerable discomfort or questions. They were just as AWESOME when I went back for my follow up visit. They truly care about their patients, which is why I highly recommend Dr. Koo's office !
