I am an oral cancer survivor. When my dentist said I needed to have a tooth extraction, I knew I needed a specialist. Dr. Sherry knew the possible pitfalls of removing a tooth from a radiated bone. He arranged for me to undergo hyperbaric oxygen treatments prior to and after my tooth extraction. Also I will have to get checked periodically to make sure the bone does not get osteo radio necrosis, or ORT. I feel confident in placing my trust in him for the long haul.
