About Front Desk: The staff went above and beyond with every need of mine! From the minute I called the office, I knew I was in great hands. As a new patient, they were sure to talk me through each step of the procedure and what to expect. And then were very thorough in providing me details about my insurance coverage and anticipated cost- there were no surprises! They were able to obtain xrays from my previous surgeon so that I would not have to re-take them and incur any additional charges. Because I did not have a ride home from my procedure, they called me a cab before my procedure and then walked me outside to make sure I was in safely and requested that the driver be sure to walk me to my door. At the time, I didn't remember to get a doctors note for work. The next morning I called the office to see if it was possible to get one and within an hour, they had faxed a letter over to my office. The staff here is on a level of their own! So professional and extremely warm and personable. Top notch!
