Dr. Rinaldi's office called me to schedule a cleaning. I came in and the cleaning was done. They added a number of additional charges to my bill that were not discussed with me. When I told them I was concerned about the bill they told me they had done nothing wrong. They were very condescending for people who had basically scammed me. They're in it for the money despite their repeated claims of being a high-integrity practice. With the vast number of other dentists in the area one should not be fooled by Dr. Rinaldi's bottles of water - they'll get as much money out of you as they possibly can.
