I started seeing Dr. Rose several years ago when I decided to have all of my old silver fillings replaced with tooth-colored fillings. I was very self conscious and emotional, but Dr. Rose and his team never made me feel uncomfortable about all the dental work I had done to that point, or would need to have done in the future. He made hours of work replacing those fillings much more bearable than I anticipated. After years of seeing him, I relocated out of state for 15 years. When I returned to Ohio, I was initially considering seeing a dentist closer to home. However, knowing how skilled he was, how much he cared about his patients, and how comfortable I felt in his office, I decided a 40-minute drive a few times a year would be well worth the experience. It felt like nothing had changed - same comfortable environment, same skilled and caring dentist, and welcoming staff. I even decided to do Invisalign treatment, which he provided, to improve my smile. Dr. Rose's chair-side manner is pleasant and kind, as is his staff's (reducing my dental anxiety), and I've never had issues with billing/payments. I hope he stays in practice for many years to come, as he's the only dentist I want to see.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff is always pleasant. They are very busy (a testament to how many clients Dr. Rose has) so they are not always chatty.
