Dr. Elling and his staff are as upbeat as they are professional. You are greeted prompty upon arrival. The wait time is minimal. The dental hygenists are courteous, friendly, and yet still maintain their professional bearing. The office staff takes all the hassle out of insurance claims. Dr. Elling sets the example by being very friendly, very interested in listening, and very "human" -- not always a common trait upon doctors and dentists. Dr. Elling is fantastic about letting you know is you need a procedure now or if it can wait until later -- or perhaps not at all if the condition resolves itself. He doesn't hard-sell a costly procedure like some dentists. This can be a money-saving trait for the patient. So long as Dr. Elling is in practice, I shall be his patient.
