I cannot recommend this office more. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful - starting from front desk (Rose), through the staff (Kate and Beverly) and of course Dr. Smith himself. Dr. Smith is great at what he does. He is also very easy going and made me smile really quickly. He really made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. There wasn't a single question or concern on my part, left without an answer and thorough explanation. The whole atmosphere in the office is very relaxing and basically makes you feel "at home". Yeah, I know - very unusual for a dentist/periodontal office, but that's how I felt. I have had quite some work done on my teeth over the years, and have visited different dental offices. This was my first visit with a periodontist and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to everyone who needs an expert doctor and outstanding customer experience. This office really stands out! Highly recommended!

About Front Desk: Rose helped me schedule my appointment. She was also the one who followed up with me prior to my visit. She was extremely professional and friendly. My wait time was only a few minutes, but I was still offered something to drink (I felt pampered). Beverly (the office manager), was awesome. I could tell she really knew her job very well. She spent quite some time with me, diligently explaining the treatment, dr. Smith recommended, explaining my financial options, insurance coverage, etc. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I felt this office works very smoothly. Basically by the time my X-rays and complete oral exam were done - Beverly had already contacted my insurance provider in regards to coverage, and had everything laid out for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel (once again), that " I was in good hands".
