I was an adult being retreated. I chose to have Invisalign. Dr O'Day and her staff were always helpful, kind and I never waited to be seen. The office is cheerful, fun and I do recommend highly.
About Front Desk: I was always able to schedule appointments conveniently and really appreciated that they did all the insurance legwork. A+++

The office staff is always great and Dr. O'Day is extremely kind and thorough with each of the kids. I have 5 kids that go to Dr. O'Day and I have had nothing but positive results.

She instills confidence because she's so thorough and competent. Whenever we needed her outside of regular visits she made herself available w/out hesitation. She offers many different payment plans which make getting your kids orthodonture affordable.
My two girls love visits to Dr. O'Day because she makes the whole process fun and painfree.
She's a gem and her staff is talented and friendly. I highly recommend her practice and feel lucky to have her in my area.

She's not the nicest woman, but her assistants are very pleasant. They don't keep you waiting and they get you in and out quickly, but over all the experience hasn't been a very positive one. The results were good, but she was very negative throughout the whole experience.
