This doctor's billing/insurance staff is really the problem. Instead of trying to be honest with patients who have insurance, they tell you they take the insurance instead of telling you whether they are in-network or out of network, which makes a huge difference in y0ur out of pocket cost. They also billed my insurer for xrays they didn't take to get more money. Charge way too much for even the simplest services and the doctor is also insensitive to the fact that you leave with a huge out of pocket expense.

Drs O'Shea and O'Shea are great. My entire family has used them for over 30 years. The only dentist your family will ever need! My last filling didn't even require anesthetic! They are always warm and friendly!

I have been going to Dr. OShea for 2 years now, and every experience has been good. The staff is especially friendly and helpful, and they recently remodeled the whole office including new equipment. Cleanings are also done quickly and painlessly, and I am always done in less than an hour.

I've been going to Dr Timothy O'Shea for over 20 years and have always felt like they are more like family then just a denist office. Prior to going to Dr. O'Shea I used to have a major phobia about going to the denist, but after going to him, I no longer have that fear. I recently had an absessed tooth and Dr O'shea even met me at his office on a Sunday!! How many denist would do that??? I've recommended several people to Dr. O'Shea and they all have been pleased. In addition, I moved about a year and half ago about 25 miles north of where I was and I still go to Dr. OShea. If your looking for a good denist anywhere near Decatur, I would suggest him.
