The team at Dr Bruni's office is the best. I've tried out numerous dentists offices, but this is the first one that I know I will be continuing to visit year after year. I came in for a normal check up and xrays, and the office had me in and out in an acceptable amount of time. The office was attractive, clean, and comfortable, which is important to me. I get major anxiety when I go in for a dentists appointment, so this was a huge plus. Having a nice atmosphere and nice people surrounding you has a very calming impact on the visit. Dr Bruni was awesome--everything I would want in a dentist. Kind, gentle, personable, and experienced. My visit was one of the least painful I can recall in recent memory! They knew in advance that I was nervous and treated me well throughout my visit. Best of all, there wasn't much sitting around and waiting. Everyone was prompt, which I really appreciated.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is very efficient. Check in and booking an appointment were all easy, and the staff were quite friendly. This is what a front desk staff should be like! They know exactly what they are doing, and I'm confident with their handling of my insurance.
