While Dr. O'Grady is a lovely man and a good periodontist I will have to be going elsewhere. The harrasment of his office manager and wife are intolerable. She has called my home so many times to schedule or rearrange my appointments that my patience is drained. The way she treats the staff in that office can make an onlooker very uncomfortable.
Also when another Dr. that I was going to for a consultation requested my x-rays and charting they were unable to send it electronically and that appointment was a waste of time as we didn't have the information.
About Hygienist: Excellent is the only word to describe the professional caring treatment i got from Marijean
