Your only problem with an appointment at Dr. Devine's is figuring out how to laugh while someone has their hands or dental instruments in your mouth. Dr. Devine is a true character whose weird sense of humor appeases even the most dento-phobic among us. From the office staff - Carly & Gina - to the hygenists - kudos to Alanna, with the gentlest touch in Nashville - you will feel welcomed and comfortable. On my last cleaning visit, I was astonished at how quickly and easily the time passed since Dr. Devine has added patient-controlled massage mats to the chairs, as well as video screens showing recently released movies. In addition to these patient comforts, Dr. Devine and his staff have finally gotten me to actually start flossing - Dr. Devine gave me the serious talk about gum health and Alanna recommended the easy to use battery-operated flosser. I first started going to Dr. Devine on an emergency basis - with a broken tooth that necessitated a root canal. Although I was a brand new patient (and I had only been to any dentist once in the past 10 years), they treated me compassionately and well. I have recommended Dr. Devine to my friends and coworkers. Dr. Devine & his staff cured my dental fears with humor and caring!
