gaunt told me that if I had problems with him I was not to tell my dentist as it would ruin his clique with dentist. He only works with one oral surgeon as he expects perfection. That comment cost the oral surgeon three surgeries worth of work
About Front Desk: Gauntt got a letter from my insurance stating that he had thirty days to mail in forms. When I called to let Joyce know that oral surgeons forms had gone to medical division, she told me that it was not her job to send paperwork in until after I was banded. I f I am banded, I lose all rights to my insurance. nice of her to tell me before oral surgeon wasted his time. my ins company sent oral surgeons xrays to ortho as long as ortho keeps xrays that don't belong to him the oral surgeon can not do his work. this is gauntts idea of perfectionism

Dr. Gauntt was the best orthodontist and kindest individual that you would ever meet. he was and will always be my mentor and best friend. anyone who every had a chance to meet him would know. Never will he ever be replaced or forgotten.

I don't know if you remember me... my name isJennifer Schramm. I was best friend's with Shelley. You were my orthodontist, but not only that, you really made a big impact on my life, you promised me a "prize" if i quit sucking my thumb for ONE week... I did. you gave me a dollar. Which in 1978 was HUGE! That dollar meant the world to me. I thank you Dr. Guantt. If i still lived in the area, this is where I would bring my kids.... you are the best.

Dr. Gauntt and his staff have consistently provided professional, efficient, friendly and accomodating customer service throughout the 12 years we have done business with them.
Three of our family members have undergone treatment with Dr. Gauntt, as well as, extended family members and friends in the community. Anyone we have recommended to him for treatment have all been very pleased and thankful for the referral.
The facility is immaculate and comfortable, the assistants personable and competent and the practice is very well managed overall.
Dr. Gauntt and his staff became an integral part of our family throughout the duration of our treatment periods. I know that if there is ever a question, problem or concern, I would never hesitate to contact him.
