I second the patient's review on the attitude of the doctor. I only did a consultation with him and decided not to go with him. I could see that he didn't want to address my questions and just tried to leave me to the front desk. I felt my decision is so wise after I found this negative review here.

Dr. Laughlin, fortunenately for potential brace-faces, is retired. But he still works part-time. He's very unfriendly. Does not like to talk at all. Never explains what he's doing. Spends 10-15 minutes on me for every visit. Pushed my teeth back and forth a couple of times, not knowing exactly what his treatment plan is. Then he tells me I'm done. I went to a different orthodontist to get a second opinion and he said I have a long way to go, even after 2 years of treatment with Dr. Laughlin already. This guy is incompetent!!! Well, since he's retired, I guess no one will go to him anyway. I just want to vent.
