I am very unhappy with the treatment I got at this office. I was told that my daughter will get headgear but no headgear was given despite repeated request. I have to go to another doctor for another set of braces. Precious time and money has been wasted unfortunately. The clinic spends a lot of money and time doing internet publicity and marketing. I wish they would give time to their patients similarly.

Dr. Leonard Chong took wonderful care of me and my smile several years ago, and I can't be happier with the results. I started my treatment when I was starting Junior High and it was recommended that I have 4 adult teeth extracted as otherwise, I was likely to have sever problems with crowding. My treatment overall only took 2 years, even with numerous broken brackets, and a less than perfect record of wearing my headgear. Dr. Chong and his staff were very professional and caring throughout the entire process, and now my smile is perfect. After my braces were removed, I was given a set of retainers with the recommendation to wear them as much as possible. Dr. Leonard Chong's son, Dr. Scott Chong has been overseeing the adjustment of my retainers for the last few years, and I have found him to be utterly professional, compassionate, and nd clear in his recommendations to me. I have a problem with grinding my teeth at night - to the point that I actually cracked a tooth at age 26! To help prevent more problems, Dr. Scott recommended that I get a new retainer, and that he would have it made as thick as possible to help protect my teeth. I got it, and it has made my life much better. I will be a patient of theirs for life.

I am very unhappy with their service. The consultation was done by Chong Senior but treatment was done by his inexperienced son Dr. Scott. They neglected my daughter's profile and as a result, her profile suffered. They did not stick to the proposed treatment either. I am very unhappy with the treatment and then their response. If your child's smile is dear to you, don't take a chance. Don't waste your money redoing the braces again and again.

I have trusted my children's smiles to Dr. Chong and the results have been spectacular! I trust Dr. Chong's advice. For instance, his preventative care for my son prevented him from needing years of braces. In fact, by pulling a few teeth in the second grade, and braces for 9 months in the 3rd grade, my son never needed any further orthodontic care! Had we waited until all his permanent teeth were in, we would have been looking at year of braces and treatment during puberty. Now my son is 25 years old and his smile is brilliant. My daughter needed 2 years of braces in jr. high, and her smile is one of her best features. Dr. Chong had an officer worker named Tracy at the time. She was the only part of his office (besides the hard benches in the waiting area) that I found uncomfortable. Maybe our personalities just clashed, but she had this condescending tone. I am not sure if she is still there or not, but the rest of Dr. Chong's staff is supurb! His son Scott has joined him and is also a caring and teriffic orthodontist.
