Hands down the worse orthodontist I've ever met. He was very rude and came off racist, I would ask him about issues with my braces and he would always have a sarcastic remark to give back. I have never been disrespected by any man and he would talk to me any type of way. I'm african american and I would watch how he would treat his other clients and for some reason he always had a problem with me. He even went as far as telling me to go to another orthodontist. I would always greet him in the morning and he never once said thank your or anything nice back. He even cut my mouth with the wire and it was evident I was bleeding, and he really told me he did not do that. Never gave an apology what so ever. It seems like when you first come in to place your braces on he's nice but once he gets your money he turns into a different person. I would never recommend anyone, the only good thing was his staff because they were actually kind and helpful.

I got my braces with Dr.Rashbaum. He's honestly an ass. But let's face it, you're not there for him, you're there for your teeth. He's super old school, but he definitely knows what he's doing. He'll get on your nerves 25/8 but it's a small price to pay for a picture perfect smile! I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Rashbaum's lack of professionalism is appalling and down right disturbing. I was a patient of the Dr. Rashbaum for two years and six months. I wanted a couple of gaps close and a tooth rotated. After my so called treatment was over I still have the same gaps and he never once attempted to rotate the tooth. I went to his office several time to have the issue resolve he said I was being overly picky and complained to much.
Two years and six months later I am having to see another orthodontist about the same issue.

He has been seeing my 13 yr old daughter for 2 years. We love his office and his staff. It was overall a great experience.

Staff is efficient and friendly and the new facility is clean. Dr. Rashbaum is from the old school. Does not educate his pts on how to keep their teeth clean with braces. The patient/parent is not told how the treatment is progressing, you have to ask.
