I have had two children receive treatment from Dr. Wollenschlaeger for braces. Both children had severe overbites and needed a multi-step process to correct. Over the years I have nothing but a positive experience with the Doctor and his staff. I am a busy mom and have showed up for an appointment on the wrong day. The staff knew I had a long drive and always made room for us in the schedule. I always appreciated the day before phone call too. It kept those mistakes to a minimum. The payment plan was fair and was always paid off way before the treatment was complete. I felt like I was getting services for free because of the length of time we kept getting services even after the fee was paid.
I have recommended this doctor and will continue to recommend him for orthodontia.
About Front Desk: I have had to reschedule appointments so many times over the years. the staff was always kind about making the adjustments. I think they would have been surprised if I didn't need to change an appointment.
