They never communicate with parents regarding treatment. They only want to speak to parents regarding payments.
About Front Desk: They are all AWFUL! Rude as hell and I refused to finish my daughters second phase with those rude people!

My son is a patient of Dr. Clower, and I have the utmost respect for him and his staff. Granted, wait times can be long, but the care received is excellent. Dr. Clower genuinely cares about his patients, and goes the extra mile to be sure treatments are explained and that instructions given to achieve the best possible outcome are understood. his staff is equally diligent, and work hard to take care of an extremely heavy patient load under sometimes trying circumstances. Thank you so very, very much for helping my son acquire a beautiful, healthy smile!

We went there because they accepted medicaid, and he estimated two years of treatment, medicaid paid in full for the treatment and the retainers as well, somewhere along the line, one of my childs tooth fail to come down as it was an impacted tooth, it would have been fine but the tooth did not move at all in two years now we are on our third year and he says he will start charging us, when medicaid paid in full for the treatment, or he will remove my childs braces.very unprofessional.

This orthodontist was terrible and I will never go back. He screamed at my mother for simply asking him how he cleans his instruments. The facility is dirty, they use bare minimum items, they put their instruments in and out of a dollar store bowl of solution and instruments halfway sticking out, and looks like it hadn't been updated in 50 years. This is primarily a low income clinic.

I wouldn't recommend this care for nobody! Dr. Clower is disrespectful, diagnosed me incorrectly multiple times, and dosn't treat anyone with respect! I would have rather went to a good orthadontist and payed for the entire amount

after questioning a charge, he blew up in my face. refused to see my kid anymore, now can't get her records from him. how can there be so many negative reviews for this dr and no one is doing anything?
