Initial consultation was fast. Not a very long wait time. Braces put on the same day.
Staff was friendly, Office was clean (so was the bathroom which says a lot about an office). Treatment area was well lit and comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Customer service was poor. Started talking about financials with my children in the room. I feel that is not appropriate.
Secondly they allowed my X-Wife to sign the contract for payment but then billed my insurance. When I approached the staff about such financial committments, they did not seem concerned b/c they were being paid by my insurance.
Doctor himself was removed from the financials. He has been very nice to my daughter. He did explain exactly what was happening and my daughter is pleased.

My time at Dr. Silver's office was the most enjoyable time you can spend in a doctors office. He is very kind and gentle and his staff members are always friendly and help you with whatever your needs are. I would recommend this office to anyone.
