When I wanted to get my teeth fixed (straightened) as I had Buck teeth. I was referred to him by my family friend. I was a bit concerned as I was self pay, but from the time I walked into his office I felt welcomed, and comfortable. They were nice about letting me know of what to expect with the procedure and about after care. It has been about 10yrs since I got my teeth fixed and I have had no problems and they look perfect. Never got a chance to write a letter to thank Dr. Pool for the wonderful service so when I came across this site thought I will take my time to thank you Dr. Pool.
