Wow what an office!! State of the art... Staff very friendly and I had no wait time. I love my new smile.

I had the Invisalign treatment which went well. My biggest complaint about Dr. Grant's office is the staff who misinformed me and insisted I had to make an appointment and physically come into the office to replace the retainers. Anyone with Invisalign, this is not true. The program has your final imprint and they can order a replacement.
However, because I 'had' to make an appointment and because it took over a month to get an appointment, my teeth shifted. The waiting period most literally digressed my progress back to however many sets I was at.
Overall, It takes forever to set up an appointment, they don't communicate with their patients about orders coming in and whether or not they are ready to set up an appointment, and their secretaries are not well informed of the products and services they provide. Poor service, stressful dealing with appointment lags, and not successful treatment if they are not doing their administrative duties to provide patients the dental treatment.
This incident alone and other communication problems brought the aggregate score to a 2.

Dr. Grant and her girls made my daughter feel so comfortable from the fist appointment all the way to the day the removed her braces. I brought to Dr. Lisa a young small insecure girl who was afraid to smile. In just under two years she gave back to me a beautiful teenager who can't stop smiling. I can't thank them enough for making us feel like family. As a mother I would love to take this time to Invite all mothers to take their children to see Dr. Lisa and her staff. They are warm friendly and everyone of them have a heart of gold. Thanks Dr. Lisa!

I have had all 3 of my children treated at Dr. Lisa Grant's office. They all have gorgeous smiles and they loved going to her office. The staff are all so friendly and they have fun contests and prizes every month. I would definitely recommend orthodontics by Dr. Grant

Dr. Grant allows her staff to do a lot of the orthodontic work.
Neither my wife, nor I know the credentials of her staff. It appears that her receptionist also does some of the patient treatment, which is questionable. Dr. Grant comes highly recommended and her credentials are impressive, but we have not been overly impressed and would have chosen a different orthodontist if we could do things differently.
