Our three kids for "lifelong" orthodontia. Was so friendly w/them there was never a need (after our first child's visit--the other two almost couldn't wait) to stress the need for visits. "Dr. Al" tells kids corny jokes, makes them feel VERY important and gives them a sense of how valuable their "participation" in the process is.

I have to have the stiff arch for my overbite, but it is better than headgear!
