Both of my children had braces wth Dr. Lisa and we had a great experience. Most importantly, they have great smiles! Dr. Lisa and her staff were awesome. Now we only need to go for retainer check visits. I recommend all my friends to her.

I have 2 children that are current patients of Dr Lisa and after going elsewhere with my first child, it is a night and day experience. Dr Lisa and her awesome staff are definitely worth more than just 4 stars.

A very good orthodontist. Highly highly recommend her! I would have had to had surgery to break my jaw but she suggested a palate expander instead.

Dr. Lisa is such a sweetheart and truly cares about what is best for you and your smile. It is an amazing office, you never have to sit around waiting for more then 15 mins. The dental hygienists are well trained, very gental, and kind. Best dental service in this area.

I can't even believe people would even begin to say this about Dr. Lisa. I had an emergency where one of my teeth were injured in an accident and she left her daughter's birthday party to meet me at her office to get treatment started right away. I have been a patient since 1996 and I have enjoyed all of my experiences at the office. The staff is always very professional and sincerely nice. I constantly get rave reviews about my teeth and even had a friend take a picture of them to show her orthodontist in another city my teeth to make them look as great as mine. Dr. Lisa does excellent work and I commend her and her staff on a professionally run business.

I can't say enough about the services provided by Dr. Eckenstein and her professional staff. The entire experience was very pleasant from start to finish and I will definately take my other children as well as refer her to friends.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lisa to anyone. She is an excellent orthodontist, extremely gentle, kind and caring. She genuinely cares for kids and adults and works to provide the very best result possible. I have even called her at home when I had a concern! She went out of her way to work with me and achieve the best possible result and my teeth look great!
In my experience the office staff are very professional and friendly and kind. They were always ready and wiling to help and many times would have me come in right then if I had a problem. (I can't even imagine what the other reviews are talking about!)
In relation to other orthos in the area she is lowest price. (Damas is really high)
This lady was top of her class, full of class and really knows what she is doing. She will give you the best possible orthodontic care. She is FANTASTIC! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her!

My daughter and son both went here. My son had no problems and got his braces off on time. My daughter however had horrible problems. They insitied on taking her braces off before her teeth were ready leaving the braces on her back molars because they were not done. I have had many fights with her about my daughter's teeth and all she can say is "Oh well." My daughter also had many issue with her brackets when it came to breaking them and her front desk people would contanstly tell me to wait until her next appointment which could be 8 weeks away. From the experience that I had with her, I would not recommend her to anyone.

I would never recommend this doctor. Not only are her services overpriced, but her staff is very unprofessional. If there is an emergency it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get an appointment. Services that you may think are covered under the original contract for braces and care are continual charges. They even had the nerve to undercharge the insurance and insist that it was my charge. After the error was discovered they never apologized or seemed concerned after their threats to not continue my son's care.
