I think Dr. Ransford is very nice, I can see him during my lunch break and he has allowed me to pay OOP with my dental insurance because I have no adult orthodontist coverage. I still have them but like the turn out thus far.
About Front Desk: The front desk is nice and I feel like they know who I am when I come for my appointment. I can schedule my appointments with ease. Weekends are hard to get in I must say but week days are awesome.

WORST customer service I've ever encountered. My son's rear bracket broke and I was told that it wouldn't be able to be replaced for 1 1/2 months even though he has an appointment next week. I was told that the Dr. who is seeing him for his regular appointment next week doesn't replace broken brackets so he has to wait 6 weeks until his next appointment. Six weeks to replace a broken bracket is simply unacceptable. My daughter will be needing braces soon and there is absolutely NO WAY I will be taking her to Dr. Ransford. DISGUSTED

I love him, He has treated me and now my kids. Really like him and he is honest. I pay cash for my braces so he lets the client pay monthly which is good. Free consultation too!

Dr. Ransford is an individual that shows his experience and intellect through his practice. I have referred friends and family to him in the past and will continue to do so.
I would NOT consider using anyone other than him.
He is truly an asset to his field.

Dr.Ransford has been my orthodontist for a year now. He is very pleasant and has alot of patience. Don't think i went there just for my braces I went there for the cheap price they had for us. HE'S AWESOME!!!!
