We simply couldn't have been happier with our orthodontic experience with Dr. Young and his amazing staff! Excuse the pun, but we'd braced ourselves for the worst: from pain ...to expecting "difficult to attain" appointments or having to miss school on a too regular basis for adjustments. We feared a rigid schedule and indifferent staff common to other medical offices.
Instead, we found a practice truly focused on making patients not just comfortable ... but HAPPY. Their system for ongoing appointments is easy and always done with both flexibility and accommodating smiles.
The offices are sparkling & Dr. Tony and his staff really do make you smile, no ... laugh with their easy and always welcoming manner (and Doc's fun shirts and shoes.). They always take the time to explain things and work with you on insurance/financing options in a very caring way and with shared experiences that inspire confidence and at the same time, educate you.
My daughter also thoroughly enjoyed the wall of pictures & fun monthly drawings.
We have many friends who talk about their years in braces as the absolute worst time for their teens and for parent shuttling. We can't say enough good things about our experience from start to finish!
