I had 3 daughters go to Dr. Todd Hickman for their braces, his office is on spot everything. We get in and out on time all the time. I highly recommend Dr. Todd Hickman.

His work is good and treatment is professional but the office is unprofessional. Will often avoid answering questions, act irritable, and inconsiderate. Ending my last appointment, they said the computers were down and they were unable to schedule a follow up appointment. One month later, I finally called them to schedule it. They had been up and running for weeks and simple forgot to call. Also, their hours are restrained to school/work hours on weekdays Monday through Thursday. The staff is friendly and sociable but the unprofessional method of operation is exhausting.
About Front Desk: They do their jobs properly as long as you remind them to do it.

Dr. is very moody, staff seems very nice despite his moods. Office seems very old, needs some renovating.
