I have been a patient of Dr. Laura Glicksman for 13 years. Laura is fantastic with her patients and always gives her undivided attention answering any questions I have. She demonstrates excellent knowledge in choosing the most appropriate forms of treatment to meet each patient’s individual need. I have since referred my husband to her for treatment, and his experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and upbeat, and the office is exceptionally clean. I would recommend Laura and her staff to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Needham area. -Amanda

Dr Glicksman is a one- person operation and she is extremely inflexible in terms of accommodating anyone's schedule other than her own, she is never available in emergency situations or minor needs like bracket repairs, and she has no backup partner to see patients while she takes vacation, gets sick or misses a day of appointments for her children's needs. We had no choice but to leave her practice in the middle of treatment because of her total inflexibility. And when we told her we had to leave because her schedule didn't work for our family, she slowly released our records, and refused to reimburse us monies we way overpaid. Not only inflexible, but unethical.

My daughter was originally given braces in fourth grade. She has since then been the model patient. For about two years now, Laura has been telling her she would get he braces off soon. For about a year, the 100% positive date would be end of freshman year. Now, Laura is adding more months. This is ridiculous. They clearly do not know what they're doing and the pain is incredible.

Dr. Laura Glicksman and her staff have been incredibly supportive of my children's need for braces. She and her staff have found creative avenues for financing and have advocated for my daughter, in particular, when she required extractions to get the most superior care with a pediatric surgeon, as she is a diabetic and requires care when undergoing certain procedures. I am a single mother and have very limited income and still Dr. Glicksman has extended her services for both children with such care and understanding that has afforded me time to pay. She has personally assured me that she will see it through so that both children can have what they deserve, a beautiful smile! Furthermore, we moved a year and a half ago to south shore in middle of my son's ortho care and we still travel to Needham for both children's ortho needs. She and her staff are kind, professional and so very caring. What more can a parent ask for. Thank you Dr. Glicksman and staff for all that you've done for us.

Terrible customer service. The office manager (Marilyn) is nasty and rude.
