Dr. Cofie may be competent, but she is rude and unprofessional.

My visit to Dr. Cofie for a consultation with my son, was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Despite having the 1st appt of the day, we were required to wait approximately 1 hour to be seen. Upon meeting with Dr. Cofie, she was unapologetic & EXTREMELY RUDE. While still attempting to salvage the appointment and not completely waste my day, the final straw to this madness, masked as a reputable business that caused me to leave was when she accused me of recording her on my cell phone when I touched my phone to see the time. Not only was this wildly absurd accusation made, the Dr. began yelling and screaming about being recorded against without her consent. If I didnt experience this myself, I wouldve thought this was a joke or I was appearing on a reality t.v. show. Dr. COfie is unprofessional, rude, discourteous, unorganized & possibly mentally off. DO NOT GO!!!!

Dr. Cofie is very rude. She completely dismissed my concerns for my teeth. After 2 years of braces, my teeth are still not straight and now have gaps that I never had before. She said she took them off to soon yet refused to fix them without me paying more money to fix her problems!!! She never listened to any of my concerns. My dentist tried to talk to her because he is unhappy with the work she did but she refuses to fix them.

Dr. Cofie takes her time with you. She listens well. She knows each one of her patients. She also worked very closely with our dentist.
The office and staff are wonderful to deal with.
Braces are not fun and they are not cheap. We are glad that we went with Dr. Cofie.

Dr. Cofie was great. She saw us through the entire process. Very professional and her office staff was also professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone

Best orthodontist around. Honest. I would recommend asking her for a second opinion if your told you need braces.

Very High Tech Office, but I was very disappointed that I was not told during my initial consultation that my dental insurance would not be used, was not made aware of this until my orthodontist consultation also after paying $500 in xrays and photos. I chose Dr. Cofie for location and that she honors my current dental insurance plan....I felt I was mislead and misinformed.

Dr. Cofie is a professional in every sense of the word. She has been my daughter's orthodontist for approximately a year and a half, and she looks like a completely different young woman.
The entire staff is always pleasant, and they make you feel like like you are part of one big family. Their new office is beautiful and spacious. I am a single mom, and financially this was the best choice I could have ever made.
