Read Reviews for Dr. John Ligas
While the office is overall "efficient", ie. on-time, etc., management refuses to initiate a "confirmation call" or texting service to remind patients of appointments. And busy families with teenagers varying schedules absolutely would benefit from this service to their patients. However, unfortunately when it was suggested to the office, their response is that other patients don't have a problem keeping their appointments. That is true, the responsibility is with the patient, however at $5000 for care you would think a little customer service would be reasonable and a little more accepting of a customer's suggestion would be less patronizing.
