Very rude. My teeth came out fine but they under estimate your entire length of braces by a few months. They also try to trick you into keeping them on longer to help jaw structure and such so you will spend more money. Very rude staff, scolded me as a child and my older siblings or parents. Forced me to come in a bad snow storm and punished me for being late. Do not recommend, but if he is your only option, he is okay.
