She is very friendly, courteous and polite. Her staff is always very nice, Belinda (the receptionist) will come to know you by name. Mitra has always been good about general anesthesia, and making sure you are not in pain. I've never had any problems with my insurance either. They even let you chose the music you listen to while they clean/work on your teeth! I highly reccomend her.

The billing department is not very professional and lacks billing experience, overall perspective is very poor.
