Dr. Andolino is fantastic! I had braces when I was younger and never used my retainers so my teeth had shifted. Dr. Andolino suggested Invisalign and the end result is amazing. The staff at the office are incredibly helpful and are always willing to answer questions and accommodate my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend him to my family, friends, and coworkers.
About Front Desk: They are great! Amazing customer service levels....even when I had to reschedule my appointments.

Is an acceptable orthodontist but much too expensive and no mid-day appointments because staff out from noon to 2 pm everyday.

i think he probably isnt any better than some other orthodontists that charge less... i mean i paid about 6 grand for a treatment... but he is hot, office is a 57th street gem, the results i got were good although took longer than expected. sometimes the wait was long causing me to return to work late. receptionist not that friendly. since you are having braces or a long treatment, i'd recommend going to a fancy shmancy place like this with a hot doc... just my humble opinion.
