I would not recommend this orthodontist. He is short, impatient, and rude. I had all 3 children going to him, when one of my dtr's had an after hours emergency (device embedded in the roof of her mouth) he gladly met me in the office. Upon arrival he said to my dtr who is 7 "next time you're going to tell your mommy you're in pain during normal business hours, so your not taking me away from my time with my family".
So I gave him and 2nd chance next appt and when my other child didn't understand his instructions he said "were all done here make an apt for next year"
No offense but I'm not paying for that kind of treatment, plus when you truely have a orthodonic emergency you should not be treated that way. Let's face it, it happens. If you don't want to get called away from family, pay someone to be on call for you.
About Front Desk: Front desk is very sweet and accomodating..I'm not sure how he keeps them employed if he treats them the same way. Very disappointed and now have to go through process of switching and giving my money to someone else.
