I have had a variety of things done at this office - Root Canals, fillings, cleanings, braces for my family. Dr. Linda is HONEST and caring! If she says you need something done, you really do! She not about "selling" dentistry. Her staff is super gentle and caring - they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. My insurance was out of network, but they helped me see that my benefits would still work in their office. I love that they do same-day crowns - no lab fees or waiting two weeks!

About Front Desk: Super helpful and friendly! They know me and my family by name - I'm not just a number on a chart. They are welcoming as soon as I walk in the door. They were excellent in helping me understand my insurance benefits, explaining the details of the coverage - and even though they were not in-network, I found out my insurance pays the same % either way! I didn't know I had the freedom to choose out of my network.

Dr. Linda Gottlieb is the best dentist ever, and before she moved to the Polaris office, her staff's attitude and ethics matched hers. Unfortunately, like a previous reviewer mentioned, her staff is rude-rude to the point where you are scared to have the hygienist clean your teeth. I was near-screamed at by a hygienist who was angry at me for being late, even though I had called prior to my appointment time mid-travel to explain of a turned-over vehicle on the freeway and stopped traffic. I asked if I should reschedule and the receptionist said no, come on in. I was late, as expected, and it apparently ruined the hygienist's day. I started to walk back with her as she scolded me, but then I stopped, realized how angry she was, and told her I wasn't letting anyone that angry touch my teeth and mouth, and I left. I'm so sad, because I loved Dr. Linda Gottlieb and had seen her since I was a child up into adulthood. All of her work was good.

When we moved to Westerville, a friend recommended Dr Gottlieb. We went to her even though shes not on our plan. In emergencies she always got us in, & she has saturday hrs. She also does an amazing job with orthodontia, & we had 4 kids in need of. Shes far lower than orthodontists, but do not let her put your kid in the initial thing she uses, instead of a palette expander! They wont wear it, i cant blame them, and its a waste of $500! The bad thing is shes always overbooked and runs from room to room. So you often end up in her office/the chair for hours!!! Most of the dentists shes had in her practice - they come & go often - have been good, but she had one really really bad one!!! She was so bad, I'm still dealing with the negative effects 5 years later, & will probably need an implant because of her shoddy work! Not to mention when I told her it wasn't right - a crown, she laughed & walked out of the room! Dr Linda did try to make it right, and ended up replacing the crown 3 times because the other dentist left nothing for the crown to attach.

About Front Desk: Dr Linda went through 2 sets of staff while we were clients there. The first set could be pretty nasty, & super gossipy... I think they just got too comfy there, & I think they were fired, but not sure. The 2nd set was def better! A very sweet, kind young woman was at the desk. Se always seemed very professional & always was either working, talking with patients -- creating goodwill, or was on the phone - making appts, verifying appts, or taking calls.

About Hygienist: Dr Linda has a couple of amazing hygienists - the absolute best is the one who helps with orthodontia! She is amazing, kind, friendly, & knows her stuff!!! On the other end she has really lousy hygienists who are rude, gruff, and not at all easy on the mouth -- the kind that makes you dread the dentist! I put my foot down, & told them not to ever schedule any of us with them after the one particularly rough one took our youngest for his first exam. At that pt I didnt know how bad she was, but i stopped her pretty quickly, and said, "you DO know this is his first time being at the dentist, dont you?!! She said yes, and i told her to be gentle, kind, & easy or we were going to walk out! Se knew after that we didnt want her, & when she tried to pick up one of our kids files, I stopped her right then & there, & told her it wasnt okay for her to work on any of our kids, & they had specifically been sched w/someone else. Most cleanings took about 1/2 hour plus time waiting on the doctor, & that could be 10 minutes, or an hour! Once we got up & walked out because we had been waiting over 40 min in the exam room, & she was too busy to get to our daughter! & this was after 1/2 hour in the waiting room, & before the cleaning!

Would not recommend Dr. Gottlieb for orthodontic treatment. She treated all of my children and in all three cases the treatment was wrong and ineffective. We had to seek treatment from an orthodontist and begin treatment all over again. A terrible waste of time and money. She is not an orthodontist! Very much regret trusting her to care for my children.

Dr. Linda was my childhood dentist and orthodontist. I recently went back to Dr. Linda after an emergency. She is an excellent dentist with great facilities but I cannot recommend her due to the rudeness and incompetance of the newest member of her office staff. The woman does not know what she is doing, has disregarded instructions from the doctor when it comes to billing, and has been downright rude and condescending when I have called with a billing question or asked question about maximizing my insurance coverage. As soon as I get the front tooth filling replaced that is already showing damage after 6 months I will be finding a new dentist.

have seen the dr since moving to cols in 1989,she sees entire family and now the grandchildren,nice friendly staff,large open clean office,important to me as i don'do well in small places,best of all ,no pain, my son told me she will be doing my grandsons braces,have recommended her several times over the years

I have been to Dr Gottlieb for exams, root canal, crown, extractions and braces over the last 6yrs. I had pushed off my dental work due to poor past experiences and fear of dental offices. From the 1st appt until now, I have felt very comfortable with the whole practice. When I walk in, the front office is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand my needs. It is much of the same from the assistants and hygienists. They take the time to talk to me on my level and explain what is going on. Dr Gottlieb is wonderful. She does not dictate to me what needs to be done. She will sit down and explain everything and she makes it simple to follow. She is NOT in the business of high pressure sales like other dentists I have been to. Whether or not the office knows, I was able to overcome my fear of dental offices and I have them all to thank. Dr. Gottlieb has been able to put together a beautiful building in a great location and couple it with an outstanding staff. All my treatments have been successfull with little pain and I have never had any insurance issues. I would recommend Dr Linda Gottlieb to all my friends and I have. Many of them have already switched. Thanks Polaris Family Dental!

About Hygienist: I have had multiple hygienists and all have been very thorough and gentle and I have definitely felt clean afterwards. They have all taken the time to talk to me and get to know me beyond my teeth.

I had a horrible experience, the did not seem to care about the patients. Everytime I went for an appointment I waited for long periods, they never seemed to be on time. I was not happy with end results of my treatment and ended up going to another dentist to have the treatment redone. Many of the Hygienists were not very friendly and were extermely rough.
