He's ok, but not the most sincere or nicest person. He doesn't really like to talk to patients.
What really makes me angry is the office manager that he hired. She has to be one of the RUDEST people that I have ever met!!! She picks the people that she likes and doesn't like; if she doesn't like you, she goes out of her way to let you know that she DOESN'T LIKE YOU. There have been times that she is utterly and openly rude to me, so I talk to Dr. Hall about the situation and he replies that he "can't control what she does".
Overall rating: I wouldn't choose Dr. Hall again. He and his staff have be extremely rude. I would suggest that you choose another Orthodontist, whether it be here in town or in Tulsa. He has good pricing, but at what cost?
Bottom line: Even though he was by far cheaper, I would rather spend more money to get a nicer orthodontist than have to put up with him and his staff. It isn't just me that has had problems with him and his business, I am just one of the many. I wish I had heeded my friends' warnings!
