My husband and both sons have gone to Dr. Craig for braces. All three were happy with the results and didn't have any issues with treatment, scheduling, or staff. We recommend Dr. Craig to everyone we know.

Our whole family has gone to Dr. Robi Craig over the years. My son was treated by her first. I saw how friendly and professional her staff was and what a great experience he was having, so I decided to get braces again as an adult. We both have our braces off now and couldn't be any happier about the way our teeth look. My daughter has braces now and it has been the same experience with her. Everyone at Dr. Craig's office is wonderful. They have treated our family great over the years. She has a beautiful office and top of the line equipment. We recommend Dr. Craig and her staff to everyone we know who is looking for a great orthodontist!

My oldest daughter had two sets of braces with Dr. Craig and we had a great experience with her and her office staff. They are some of the friendliest people we know. Their new office is so kid friendly and comfortable for the patient and parent. Their technology is state of the art and makes your visit faster and easier. We can always get in the same day we call for an emergency and the wait is never long. I took my youngest son to Dr. Craig for a consultation and Dr. Craig was upfront and truthful that he did not need braces. My husband and I appreciated her honesty and respect her professionalism. I recommend Dr. Craig to anyone looking for orthodontic work. She runs a great office!

My experience with Dr. Robi Craig and her staff was exceptional! I have two busy boys and a crazy schedule myself. They were extremely accommodating with my boys appointments. The staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Dr. Craig has been extremely gentle with all the work she has done on both boys. She also takes time out to answer all the questions I have, and in particularly, one of my sons many questions! We are patients for life!!!

Dr. Craig did orthodontics on my oldest son and is currently treating my second son. We are very pleased with the outcome of their treatment. Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable in her field and provides very up to date orthodontic procedures for her patients. I highly recommend this office and entire experience.
About Front Desk: Very efficient and kind staff. They do tend to be very direct and to the point, but that is the best way to stay on task.

Too many patients and not enough seats to accomodate around school functions. My son did not stop to get next appointment so nobody called to say hey your next appointment is....they let it go..so we were about 2 wks late for the next appointment which are 6 wks apart. Most available times are during core classes. I have asked for phone calls from either Dr Craig or Streight and have not received one. They are paid in full. I don't know if this is why the cold shoulder since they have their money. My son was discouraged about a year in to the braces but could not get a phone call from the Dr to discuss. BTW my son is 17 now & able to drive so we do not go w him. Very frustrated w no communitation about the on going care. An e-mail would be nice but I cannot get a response when I send a blanket e-mail. I almost feel as if they have taken on too many patients and are struggling to keep up w the demand of scheduling they are closed on Friday so scheduling is shortened by one day out of five. I do not recommend!
