Dr. Kindseth has been treating my children and myself for years. He explains everything that needs to be completed and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Kindseth and in fact I have recommended people to him. All with great feedback.

About Front Desk: Extremely friendly. I love that I get reminders of my appointments.

About Hygienist: I have seen Lisa and Sandy to get my teeth cleaned. They are both gentle. I never leave feeling pain after a cleaning

Dr. Kindseth was very kind in the consultation. He answered all my questions and was very patient.

About Front Desk: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was especially nice as well.

X rays, exam and needed filling and cleaning. Cleaning I could have used something to numb the gums. It was tough and my teeth hurt for days afterward. The equipment is outdated and nervous bedside manner that did not offer reassurance that I was in the right place. Awful front office staff, disorganized and not busy. They fight over a silly $80 bill and changed the name on the invoice. They said the statement was in my name, but not on the invoice? Fraudulent billing practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office. There are more competent dentist offices around this area.

About Front Desk: The front office staff member, there is only one - she is just awful. Lies and covers up her mistakes with pitfall tactics. Not a person I would want to do business with. Make sure you pay the invoices that they invent for you, otherwise you will have a collection agency contacting you.

Dr. Kindseth is the most gentle dentist I have ever visited. He also does excellent work. I have never experienced unnecessary pain and have never had problems with any work he has done. Both he and his staff are extremely customer service oriented. I never have to wait in the office past my appointment time and I have never felt rushed or shorted by the hygenist or Dr. Kindseth. I have continued to see him even though I have moved from Dana Point. He is definitely worth the extra drive time.
