Dr. Carr did greate work. The contract was two years for my orthodontic work. Due to my complicated situation, he extended his work without extra charge for almost another year.

Dr. Carr and his staff were very friendly. I always felt comfortable at the clinic, and never had to wait very long to see anyone. They don't have the most convenient hours, but I've never had a problem with it. Once I needed to see them immediately when they weren't open. They told me an alternate office to visit, and Dr. Carr was there before I arrived to help me out. They couldn't have done a better job!

Dr. Carr and his staff are excellent! My orthodontics work was complicated and lengthy (2+ years). As an adult, I found the facility to be very comfortable. Younger patients (and siblings) can play video games. For me, Dr. Carr had amazing success adjusting my bite and my teeth now look wonderful. He cares not only about getting the current job done but also about helping you plan for the rest of life. Cost gets rated a "3" because I know from looking that there are cheaper orthodontists. But I also know that there are those who are much more expensive. I was able to pay in advance and in the years of service there were no other charges. My decision to choose Dr. Carr was based on recommendations, their free review and cost estimate (where I was able to meet and talk with Dr. Carr), and that fact that the offices are close to my Bellevue home. After having been there for treatment, I would add flexibility of hours and excellent service (always on time!) to my reasons for selecting the office. I would choose his practice again. Braces can be painful... but Dr. Carr and his staff work to make it as easy as possible. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Carr to others.
